The coordinator dashboard displays progression review statistics and helps identify where action is needed.
Reading the dashboard
Module Performance Overview: - Shows per-course pass rates and student counts - Highlights courses requiring attention (below pass threshold) - Identifies structural curriculum concerns vs temporary cohort issues
How to interpret together:
The dashboard provides two complementary views:
- Cohort Health — Are students performing well right now?
- Module Quality — Are modules structurally weak across the curriculum?
Read together to diagnose the source of issues:
- Modules failing + cohort struggling → curriculum and assessment issue
- Modules passing + cohort struggling → cohort selection, support, or external issue
- Modules failing + cohort healthy → curriculum needs review
Small sample note
Programs with very few active students are marked to avoid treating small-sample pass rates (e.g., 100% from 1 student) as reliable signals. This is intentional and helps managers focus on actionable data.
